| Two rooms available ASAP, both furnished with a full bed, nightstand and desk, in a fully furnished 3 bedroom luxury condo. They can both be bedrooms, or one can be an optional den for an individual/couple renting both! 950$ per room for two seperate individuals or 1500$ for both rooms together. Rooms share a 3 piece bathroom together, and the condo is shared with couple currently living in the master bedroom. All utilities included as well as internet, laundry in unit and 1 underground parking spot. Building includes a gym, a community room and media/golf simulator available to all tenants. Easy access to paved walking trails in nearby forest along gorgeous Sunningdale area. Couple currently living in the master bedroom consist of myself, Maxx (they/them) and Daniel (he/they) and our very friendly fluffy cat Atlas. You MUST be okay with cats as he loves everyone! We are both students at Fanshawe college and will be renting the master bedroom and managing the condo for the landlord for the foreseeable future. The landlord is currently in British Columbia but remains in consistent contact.
