| My 1 bedroom apartment is available for sublet again starting May 1. Looking for single females only, but pet friendly. Everything is included in the rental price, and laundry is in basement. You will just need to set up internet (which may be able to be switched from previous subletter). I am still out of town, so we will need to video call and my friend can show you the place. $1400 deposit required. We can sign for 3 months or possibly month to month, with 1 months notice if it needs to end. Most of my personal belongings have been removed from the apartment, but some are still in the closet.
