| Enjoy the beauty of Standardbred Horses outside every window. This renovated Farmhouse is just far enough away from the city, yet close enough to hop in the car and shop, sightsee or enjoy small town restaurants. Timmies or Starbucks less than 13 minutes. Mennonite markets and Horse drawn wagons are a regular sight. The Farmhouse offers the entire upper floor as guest quarters with everything you need to feel at home. Three private guest rooms to choose from...2 single private rooms as well as 1 room offering 2 single beds for commuters working in and around North Perth, or visitors attending family events needing accommodations. Our area is very limited on motels. Long term stays are welcome although single guests only. No couples or pets for long term stays....2 inside cats and outside barn cats live here. Horses Sheep and a Pig. If you have allergies sadly we are not the farm for you lol. Rates 79 per daily accommodation 325 weekly for single accommodation 850 monthly for long term stays First and last will be required Serious inquiries please leave a brief email and contact information and we will contact you within the day. . Please keep in mind all guests share common room and bathrooms. (disinfected daily x2) Daily Housekeeping and Laundry Inclusive to longer term guest. Lunches and Hot Dinners prepared for our working guests at an extra minimum cost. Outside lounge areas as well as garden, fire pit , horse shoes and barbecue are open to all guests. Located in Howick Township The Farm is a commuters dream. Listowel Palmerston Harriston are all less than 13 minute drives. Hiking and Fishing both a short drive away. If your interest is Snooker or 8 Ball we have an ongoing membership with Hardwood Haven in Listowel. The table can be rented on a weekly basis or for long stay guest a membership upon request and availability. |
