Open to renting out both rooms if needed. 1 is currently used as an office and storing space. Location: Located on Genest Street, off of Beechwood Ave. Walking distance to amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport. Close to walking and biking trails, downtown Ottawa, University of Ottawa, and Gatineau. Apartment Features: Living room, one shared bathroom, full kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge), laundry available in apartment complex, and free street parking. The place is currently furnished besides the room that is for rent. I am open to adding or removing furniture if needed to fit yours. Pricing: Rent is $900/month, With utilities included. 1650$ if both rooms are rented. A bit about me: I am 27 year old University graduate, working in physiotherapy. I tend to be out of the house most of the day, either with work, or being outdoors on weekends. I am looking for a roomate who is clean, working and/or a student.
