| Hello! I am looking for someone who would be interested in subletting my room beginning May 1st 2025 and ending August 31st 2025. You must: - identify as female - between the ages of 18-26 - enrolled in full-time school (returning in the fall of 2025) Cost of rent is $850 a month which includes utilities. The residence is in a very good and quiet area and close to both Algonquin College and Carleton University, with a bus stop close by. The reason for sublet is because I was given the opportunity to live with a friend which means I would need a sub-tenant to take over my room till the end of the term.
