Master bedroom is occupied by myself. Other two rooms are available. The rooms are located in a spacious townhouse and are fully furnished, Available from April 15 or May 1st. - If you’re a working professional and want more privacy and space, I can rent both rooms to you and we will share the cost of the house. Washroom will be private too in that situation. - If you want to just rent one room then you will share washroom with other tenant when second room gets rented. - Month to month payment, - Security deposit is required. - You’ll share washroom only with other tenant (female). - Bed frame with mattress and a computer desk will be provided. -Spacious kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster, blender, kettle,large functional kitchen Island, lots storage cabinet and more. -Washer & Dryer on site. - Driveaway parking available -Close access to HWY; -8-10 minutes walk to Algoquin College; -5 minutes walk to Baseline bus station; The most important traits I’m looking for are cleanliness, quietness, alone with high degree of professionalism.
