Hi I'm looking for a roomate for my basement 2 bedroom apartment. It's in a very quiet Hintonburg neighborhood. 3-5 minute walk to Bayview station. Access to the NCC bike paths right at the end of the street. Looking for a female or LGBTQ male. Preferably a quiet individual who invites few guests over. A pet could be negotiable. No adult cats or large/noisy dogs. A little about myself: 30yo female. The only other occupant in the apartment. I rarely have guests over. I'm a gamer/animator on the shy side so I'm usually in my room on my computer. You won't see me too much. I have 2 cats.
