Just upstairs tenants who don't make much noise. I mostly stay in my room and don't have much in the living room so it's yours too. (Furniture in the photos are no longer here.) It's in a very quiet Hintonburg neighborhood close to Bayview station and the NCC bike paths. Looking for a female or LGBTQ male. Preferably a quiet individual who invites very few guests over. A pet could be negotiable. No adult cats or large/noisy dogs. A little about myself: 30yo female. I'm a gamer/animator on the shy side so I'm always in my room on my computer. You won't see me too much. I have 2 cats. One senior and one younger, so quiet people with experience with cats is a plus.
