Room available for rent in fully renovated home. Available for immediate occupancy. $700 per month includes utilities, wifi and laundry. First and last months up front as well as a fully refundable cleaning deposit of $150. As long as the room is left clean and empty the deposit will be returned. No smoking in the house and no pets. The room is single occupancy only. Currently the house is for sale and I am looking for someone who prefers a month to month lease. If the house is sold you will be given 60 days notice to move.
