| Hey there, I am renting out this room from May 1st to August 31st. No problem if you want to move in a few days earlier or move out a few days later. All inclusive with electricity, wifi (unlimited with 5G), washer and dryer, 2 fridges and chest freezer. Finished with single bed, nightstand sort of table, desk, wardrobe, fan, blackout curtains. There are 5 other male tenants. Renter is expected to be respectful and clean in their early 30s or younger to adhere with the house age. Room is fairly large (about 4x4m) with a large window (the big one on the front of the house). Two separate bus routes (Lansdowne and Chemong) within 1 minute walk from the front door. First and last month is ideal and preference will be given to anyone who gives first and last or all 4 months in advance. If you have any questions or wish to see the place feel free to contact me.
