| Hey hey! Jeremy here - looking for a young professional looking for a vibrant quite clean home while living their best life. Details below! (One private room for rent in a home has 3 bedrooms and two housemates) Home Highlights: Fully furnished comfy room with everything you need (move in three bags and you are set) Enjoy a Private Room with secure key access, perfect for eating, working, or relaxing with TV. Fully Loaded Kitchen with eco-friendly cooking tools and appliances, including a trio of coffee-making options, a stainless steel cookware set, and plenty of space in the fridge and freezer. Jeremy shares all his SS toxic free cookware! Jeremy deep cleans the condo 3 times a month and loves creating a toxic free environment for everyone and enjoys taking leadership. Your housemates (Jeremy Naeem) are usually 80% out of the condo and never cooking since jeremy cooks once a month meal prep & naeem is Uber eating/eating out at work. Jer here, I'm a mid 20s young professionally usually out of the house and staying at my partners home in guelph! I have set up a pretty neat set up to allow some great people to stay at the home here in Stanley park and it's been awesome. Location Perks: 45 steps (counted myself!) away from Zehres, shoppers drug mart in Stanley park mall! Living here perks: we are quite and respect our privacy and love using bluetooth headphones not to cause any noise pollution for everyone sleeping/etc! We care for each other! In a massive rush and didn't do a dish? No problem we are happy to help that workflow quick but we all love a good dish workflow and there are never dishes left in the sink/etc we are always communicating to ensure we are all having a great home experience but we are all using living a busy life out of the condo that when we are home it's very quite an Free wifi! yay. We all respect noise/tv sounds by using blue tooth or low volume in case you love falling asleep early :) We respect our work schedules/shower schedule needs (need to always be out of the house by 8am? no problem you can secure that workflow routine) Jeremy loves: Air quality controlled by mists, diffusers, air purifiers, and humidity regulators to maintain a pleasant and healthy environment and doesn't mind at all doing the big deep cleans for us. Outdoor Spaces: A patio in the process of being transformed into a relaxing villa vibe with cozy furniture and ambient lighting. Park ya car! Parking $75 a month for parking that is a few steps away from our front door! Convenient visitor parking that is never full. Full access to the dining room, living room, and kitchen that has a cozy vibe. Storage room with laundry facilities. Guest Interaction: Washer Dryer Clothes steamer Microwave/cooking tools/one shelf for storage if need be We typically don't have guests over and it's a low activity household - but of course have mom over for a visit when she is in town!
