There is a possible opportunity to sign a new lease with the landlord at the end of the lease take over (to be discussed directly with landlord). Flexible move in date - it's possible to move in the last weekend of February (to be arranged with landlord.) The lease take over will be signed directly with the landlord.

Gas/Water (appx $90/month two people live here) are through Kitchener Utilities and
Electric ($40/month we are working from home) is through Kitchener-Wilmot hydro.
