The living space comes furnished with Queens Size Bed, lots of storage including a large closet plus tall dresser and your own full size fridge/freezer. Also has desk & chair, perfect for a student or working from home. Shared large open concept kitchen & living room. The house is located on a quiet street court and backs onto a beautiful forest & pond with many nature trails perfect for morning runs or walks. I am looking to rent the room for a minimum of 6 month with possibility to extend.
