Household is not suited for heavy lingering cooking, Smokers, guests / sleepovers. The room is located on a private level of the house ( not a basement ) and includes a non invasive entrance and it’s own 2 piece bathroom with sink & toilet. The shower is on the main level and kept extremely clean by each person after every shower! The living space comes furnished with Queens Size Bed, lots of storage including a large closet plus tall dresser and your own full size fridge/freezer. Also has desk & chair, perfect for a student or working from home. Shared large open concept kitchen & living room. The house is located on a quiet street court and backs onto a beautiful forest & pond with many nature trails perfect for morning runs or walks. I am looking to rent the room for a minimum of 6 month with possibility to extend. All utilities, AC, Wifi, laundry are included in the price of $1,130 ( First & Last ) Driveway Parking from December til April is $100 per month.
