| Room for rent in apartment unit. Short term - May to end of August. I'm a student, and in a co-op with enough distance that it doesn't make sense to stay for the summer, so you can get a great apartment for a great price! Cost: $800 / month. This is subsidized vs what I pay. Internet is sorted through other tenants in the apartment. May be a $20/month charge for this to them directly? Utilities are included. Parking is NOT included. Other tenants: 2 female and 1 male. 4 separate locking bedrooms. Share a bathroom with 1 individual. Apartment is clean. We have not had an insect or bug problem (ew). Minutes from shopping center, 20 minutes walk from Conestoga Doon Campus. There are 2 small dogs in the apartment. If you are coming with animals, please let me know (there are concerns about how they'll get along, as it's short term). If you would like to stay beyond the 4 month period, please let me know, would need to work this out with the building owners - I'm subsidizing the cost of the apartment due to short term, so please be aware this won't be the price after August!
