Rent includes all utilities, internet, laundry ect. You will share the common areas such as the kitchen, laundry room, living room. You will share the washroom with our teenage daugther. Located minutes from Fairway mall, Highways 7/8 and 401. You must be clean, non-smoker, non-partier, full time employed or student. Please tell us a bit about yourself when inquiring about the space.
