It's a 3 bedroom townhouse with a very spacious living room and kitchen. 10 mins walk to food basics, tim hortons, dollarama and many restaurants. 5-10 min walk to 2 bus stops. 1 Full washroom and 1 powder room(toilet). You will be sharing the house with 3 other people. Rent 650 + utilities (wifi, water, gas, electricity). Chair, table can be provided. But no bed or mattress. Room has a big closet. Parking is not available. Washing machine and dryer are free to use. Living room is equipped with a couch, dining table and TV. We all are full time working professionals. Quiet and clean people. Cleanliness is the biggest priority in the house. We have a schedule for weekly cleaning and garbage duties |
