| Greetings looking to rent a bedroom out for 6 months to a year (possibly longer-depending how everything goes). -willing to negotiate time if needed I am asking $950 all inclusive for rent..utilities and high speed internet included. Looking to do a trial for 6 months and if everything works out then I would invite you to stay longer. A little about me I work from home full time and I'm pretty easy going for the most part.
