| Looking for someone to takeover the lease for 1 room in a 3 bed 1.5 bath apartment in downtown Kitchener starting September 1st. The rent is $860 including utilities. Laundry is in unit. There's also a pool and a gym in the apartment complex. There are multiple ion and bus stops in a 5 minute walking distance. Your roommates will be me and another grad student from UW.
