| Hello, I am renting one of the bedrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment as soon as possible. I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, is relatively quiet, and is okay with cats (I have 2 super friendly ones). I am fine with a male or female housemate. Any smokers must smoke outside (I have a balcony that may be used). Renting would be on a month to month bases, so you won't be stuck on a lease.
