| This great room is being made available immediately. This room is for ONE PERSON in a couple’s lovely finished basement home, and it has a big window (north-western exposure) and legal egress. (Female graduate students preferred.) There is a largely unshared bathroom directly bedside your room. Your room is comfortably and fully furnished (with a small fridge). All utilities, high-speed wifi and laundry costs are simply part of your monthly fee of $900! Meal plan and parking are extra and affordable costs. Board (home-cooked meal plan) is even available at a reasonable cost! The family kitchen is also shared with you, if you want to cook (no Indian or highly pungent spiced food). There is a shower/bath that is shared on the second floor with easy, private access that can be scheduled. The house is very near the LRT and public bus transportation. There are usually many Ubers nearby. By transit you can get to the most distant University (of Waterloo) in just over 35 minutes (in the best conditions). The Medical School in downtown Kitchener is 10-15 minutes away from the nearest LRT. Conestoga College is a short bus ride. Every amenity you need is a ten-minute walk in best conditions. It is an excellent room for a medical or other professional degree or graduate student. ONLY ONE PERSON. MUST BE a Canadian or a Landed Immigrant with family in Canada to be accepted. (A Canadian citizen co-signer is required.) Applicants will be carefully screened. No animals. (Owners have two cats that don't go in the basement.) No Indian pungent, spiced food (or similar) cooking is permitted in the home due to wife’s allergies. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE UNLESS YOU FIT ALL THE CLEARLY STATED CRITERIA HEREIN! NO EXCEPTIONS.
