The room is close to the backyard, quiet and private, and you can see the garden, forest, and lake from the window. The room is equipped with a Queen bed, a desk, chair, and bedside table, and a built-in closet. You will share 1.5 bathrooms with two boys living in the other two rooms next to you. The current tenants are all graduate students or doctoral students at the University of Waterloo. Tenants hope that you are a quiet roommate who does not smoke or use marijuana, does not keep pets, and does not open Patty at home. |
