| Room for rent with one parking spot and internet included. Hydro is included unless you use excessive amounts of it, then you pay the overage on my regular monthly usage. Wooded lot with very little road traffic, less than 7 minutes to downtown Kitchener. I am professional and quiet, and I dont smoke. I have a maid clean the condo every few weeks. I ride my motorcycle in the warm months and am at my gf's house 3 days a week most weeks. In winter, I stay out of the cold and go to the gym and rock climb. I do play some video games but i am not the screeming at my tv kind of guy. Looking for similar lifestyled person. Spare room is big enough for a double bed and desk and we can wall mount a tv if needed. Full use of condo, tv, exercise equipment, balcony etc obviously included with rent. Rent is 1000.00. No negotiations. Not looking for the cheap roommate. No riffraff wanted :) |
