| Looking for one or two roommates to share a 3 bedroom apartment. I have one cat and I occupy the downstairs bedroom. I also work from home during the evenings. Please no pets as my cat does not get along with new pets well. Rent/monthly fees: - rent $1681 (month-to-month and split between all tenants, $560-840 depending on the number of roommates) - wifi $90 (split between all tenants) - laundry fee $15/person/month Shared amenities include: - one fridge - one-basin sink - bathroom with tub/shower - large living room - spacious closet in one bedroom - two decks (front shared with neighbour) - limited cupboard/pantry space (additional shelving units work well) - in-building laundry - Close to Central Station Move-in Date is tentative, could be November 1st or December 1st (depends on the current roommate's move out date).
