| Looking for a female (or non partying responsible male) student or full time worker wanting a safe quiet place for about a year. October 5th available. Rent will be reduced by $50 ($800) for October. Spacious private basement with full bathroom for rent. - Utilities all included Internet/water/electric/laundry - Private full bathroom - Must provide a bed (is needed) - Must be clean - No cats or dogs - Only one person allowed in (no couples or guests as we have had many bad experiences with past tenants) - No Punjabi, primarily looking for a Canadian born individual (out of respect I think this should be specified to make everyone comfortable. We do not practice/part take in any religion here. I am a senior Canadian born woman that just wants to live with no drama) $850 monthly rent. First is $800 because of the 5 days reduction. (We do have a small dog living here. He barks but is very friendly) Bus stop is 1 minute outside the door and the sunrise plaza is about a 10 minute walk away. Stores nearby are Walmart,Dollarama,Sobeys,Tim Hortons and many more. Easy access to bank locations in the area too, TD bank is about a 10 minute walk away. Library is close by. |
