Woman, 18 years old. Student but only after summer, needs to be under or around $400/month hut if it is not a private room then 325 if possible just a private room, only will really be in the at nights and mornings for the most part, might need to use the shower occasionally. And the bathroom as needed, most showers will be done at a friend's place, if allowed might have a friend over in said room from time to time, won't need laundry machine or anything, just the room maybe a mattress.
