| Hi there! I am helping my mom find a room to rent for the long term. She is 60, extremely quiet, friendly and very, very clean. She keeps to herself and would help out with any housework or anything needed. She is a smoker trying to quit but only smokes outside. She can’t afford much, $600 or preferably less would be amazing but I know these days that’s next to impossible. If she has to do $700 she can make it work as she is now but she’s currently left with $30 for food and anything she needs a month, she is struggling hard. She won’t be able to pay last months rent unfortunately but she can pay every month guaranteed, she is always on time, never late. She is only comfortable living with women but not sharing a room.
