Spare room can be furnished , at moment has single bed , desk, office chair, double closet and great view. Building has 20X40' indoor pool , gym, sauna and store in building. Library is right across the street and downtown is a 5 minute walk. I am in my mid 60's , easy going and good sense of humor, Gay , very reliable , neat and clean. apartment is also very clean.
