This "spacious room" is located in Kitchener near the intersection of Bridge Street and Woolwich Street. The building is a triplex with the top two floors occupied by the Owner/Landlord. This spacious private room is on the top (third) floor of this building, in apartment 3. This space includes a dedicated interior entry hallway on the second floor with its own doorway offering nice privacy. As you enter this dedicated hallway, there is a front facing window, a closet, a dedicated apartment sized fridge with upper freezer and then the stairs leading up to this third-floor room. The remainder of the second floor is occupied by the Landlord/Owner. This third- floor room is a large and bright space with a large front facing window and its own private bathroom. The dedicated entry hallway is 73 SF and the third floor is 293 SF (11’-10” wide x 24’-8” long) with the personal bathroom. This location is close to all amenities, shopping, bus routes and nature trails. The room will be made available for a 4-month period and may be extendable if agreeable. General Requirement Items: 1. This is for “one” person; no couples, room sharing or families. 2. To keep a calm and professional environment the room will only be available to "ONE PERSON." The Landlord/Owner (1 mature male), occupies the second-floor area and has a cat; the Roommate is not to have any pets. 3. Roommate must be a non-smoker (non smoking/no vaping on property) and be respectful of keeping things in decent and clean order. 4. Household is not suited for alcohol dependence or smokers, heavy lingering cooking & spices, odours, no guests unless arranged and no sleep over guests. 5. Compatibility and privacy are paramount with no tolerance of disruptive, disrespectful behaviour or poor housekeeping. 6. This is not an accommodation for loud, disruptive activity but is a decent place to enjoy. Ideally suited for a young adult, student or working person that needs a nice peaceful “space for themselves.” 7. This would be a Roommate agreement with terms and rules with room fee paid monthly. 8. This is not an apartment rental accommodation governed under the Landlord Tenant Act. 9. First and last month’s fees are required upon acceptance of application to secure the room. 10. Monthly fee includes Utilities and Hydro, use of Kitchen, washer and dryer and unlimited Wi-Fi. 11.
