Great safe area, close to bus terminal, downtown farmers market, iron horse trail... . Rent is $750 per month, first & last month is needed + $275 key deposit (returned within 5 days after vacating).**Only extra is Laundry $1 per machine ***One person, non smoker, no pets, no visitors... For students or young professionals working full time....
