I live in the house, travel, and have a busy lifestyle and have decided to rent couple rooms. Large room ... has 2 large windows, expensive queen size bed, futon couch, desk and chair, cabinet ..... On second floor. Private, away from other rooms. Clean 1500sqft house, 2 full bathrooms. Includes Internet and utilities. Reasonable use of house. Laminate wood flooring (no carpet) in house. plus 2 Fridges in kitchen. We use side door which leads into large kitchen + dining area. We share the bathrooms and Kitchen dining area... Large room = 15 x 9ft + 6 x 5ft (L shape). Has expensive queen size bed, 2 large windows + desk/chair + Dresser**Nice home with everyone busy with school or full time work out of the house**. Great central Location: - 12 min walk to University (King/Victoria st), 10 min walk to bus terminal, 15 min walk to farmers market , 12 min walk to downtown city hall. Feels like country in the city with the large park and Victoria lake. Great safe area, close to bus terminal, downtown farmers market, iron horse trail... . *Only about 30min bus ride to Waterloo Universities, and 10 min walk to bus terminal. ... No parking spot available. Rent is $600 per month, first & last month is needed + $250 key deposit (to be given back when keys are returned).**Only extra is Laundry $1 per machine ***One person, non smoker, no pets, student or working full time.... Thanks. *** Also no cooking bacon and no cooking with strong spices (light spices ok, add spices to meals after) and no candles or incense due to smell gets into walls and furniture. No heavy cooking after 10:30pm for safety reasons. Use of oven twice a week for large items, not 1 meal.
