To keep a calm and professional environment the room will only be available to "ONE PERSON" who will live alongside one male in his 20’s PHD student and one female nurse in her 50’s. Household is not suited for smokers, heavy lingering cooking spices, guests/sleepovers. The room is located on a private level of the house with non invasive entrance. The living space comes furnished with Queen Size Bed that has spacious drawers underneath, also a large wardrobe. Beautiful large reading area with fireplace and leather couch and plenty of room to ad a desk & chair for a student. Plus a grocery pantry & fridge. Shared large open concept kitchen & living room. The house is located on a quiet street court and backs onto a beautiful forest and pond with many Nature Trails perfect for morning walks/runs. I am looking to rent the room for a minimum of 6 months with possibility to extend. All utilities, AC, high speed internet, laundry and street parking included in the price of $1,080 (FIRST & LAST) Winter Driveway parking from December to April is $200 extra per month. Easy access to the expressway, 2 minutes walk from a bus stop, and 10 minutes walk from two different shopping complexes (including a Walmart, Sobeys, GoodLife gym).
