| Hello there! I have a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a warm and friendly living environment in a newly renovated and very quiet home. As the principal tenant, I'm excited to offer a room for rent to a like-minded individual who values cleanliness and professionalism. IMPORTANT: NO COUPLES OR ROOM SHARING!!! (Please understand that I won't respond to inquiries about couples or room sharing.) I am looking for a tenant to join me and 2 other males in their 20s. Before we proceed, please introduce yourself briefly, including your school or employment details, and I'll be happy to reply promptly. To maintain a quiet and professional atmosphere, I've decided to offer the room to one person only, and I cannot accommodate guests or sleepovers. The room comes fully furnished, including a bed with bed sheets, a desk, a chair, a nightstand, and a private fridge with a freezer. The kitchen includes pots, pans, plates, cups, and other cooking utensils, complete with a rice cooker and air fryer. For your convenience, I provide one dedicated cabinet for storing any dried goods. There is a shared laundry room on the main floor. I take pride in maintaining a clean, quiet, and comfortable living space. I have a weekly cleaning routine for all shared areas, including the washroom, to ensure a tidy and pleasant environment. I kindly request all tenants to contribute to this effort by cleaning up after themselves. The rental package includes all utilities, AC, high-speed internet, shared cleaning supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) and laundry facilities, for $850. The house is in a central location with excellent transportation options. Just a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, a 20-minute walk to downtown/LRT, and a total commute time of 30 minutes via public transit to the University of Waterloo. Additionally, you'll find various shopping complexes, such as Food Basic, Soebys, and a number of popular fast-food restaurants, within a convenient 5-minute walk. Free street parking is available between April 1 and November 30 (200 meters away). The driveway can be used for quick deliveries and drop offs. A reserved parking spot is available for $100 a month which is located across the street (50 meters away). This cost will be covered/ be made available for free by the principal tenant between December 1 and March 31. I look forward to hearing from you!
