| I am looking for a clean and quiet roommate and I am flexible with the move-in date. I am looking for preferably a female for a short-term rental (or possible longer time depending on the match) but would consider a male also. The beautifully decorated home comes fully furnished with access to the entire home and amenity spaces. $1300 includes wifi, access to a laundry facility, and all utilities. The property is located in close proximity to all bus routes and also both Conestoga College. If you are clean, quiet, responsible and need a quiet and serene place to study and or work, please inquire and we can arrange a viewing. Please note this is not a crowded house full of multiple roommates but very private with a private bathroom until the landlord decides if she wants one other roommate. In this case a bathroom would only be shared with one other person in the house. |
