All-inclusive with free on-site laundry and safety system. Entire apartment is fully furnished, including all kitchenware and cleaning supplies. (Bring your own food, drinks, toiletries, etc, as they will not be shared.) Apartment is shared with me and my two cats: Charlie's an anti-social grump who'd prefer to be left alone, but Michael is friendly and very entertaining. I mostly keep to myself. Hugely value trust and privacy. References will be required. Your private bedroom includes a twin bed, dresser, small desk+chair, and curtains: bring your own linens (sheets, pillows, towels, etc). Solo renters only (no couples, no dual-occupancy). MUST be respectful and tidy. Shared weekly cleaning responsibilities between you and me (bathroom, kitchen, vacuuming, etc). * Due to severe allergies, the following are not allowed in the apartment: dairy, perfume/cologne, candles/incense. * No drugs, smoking, weed, or vaping. * 7 min walk to the ION/LRT, and a 1-7 min walk to the 7, 8, 1, 3, 4, and 20 bus routes. No parking on-site, but there is space indoors for bike storage. (There is parking available nearby for $120-$200/month: I can provide you with their contact info, but you'd have to set it up and maintain the parking yourself, as it is not included in the rent for this apartment.) Available November 1, 2024. Lease length is negotiable. I'm very blunt, and all about structure and routine. If you are, too, message me with a brief intro (job/student, your living style, length of stay, etc.).
