Looking to rent out a room for 3 month lease ( May 1 - Aug 1,2021) $700 monthly *heat and hydro extra* looking for a working professional or student, who is responsible, respectable, quiet and tidy. I take pride in a clean and comfortable home. There are two bus stops located near by. If parking is needed it can be arranged with a small monthly fee. I'm a working professional who lives in the home, and I also have a second roommate who is very quiet and mindful of others in the home. All common areas are shared and we'll kept. Unfortunately due to allergies no strong scents in the home, such as strong food spices and pets. The home is also drug free.
