This all-inclusive rental features free on-site laundry and a security system. The entire apartment is fully furnished, including all kitchenware and cleaning supplies. Bring your own food, drinks, toiletries, and linens. Your Private Space: * Bedroom: Can be furnished with a twin bed+mattress, dresser, curtains, and a small desk + chair, or can be unfurnished: up to you. * Bonus: Furnished space is also available for a small office/workspace in the attic. Living Arrangements: You’ll share the apartment with me (late-30's) and my two cats. I mostly keep to myself, but am open to socializing in common areas. Trust and privacy are MUST-haves. House Rules: * Solo Renters Only: No couples, no dual occupancy. * Respectful & Tidy: Shared weekly cleaning responsibilities. * Allergy Restrictions: NO dairy, perfume/cologne, candles/incense, or smoking. * No vaping, weed or illegal drugs. * References will be required. Location: * 7-minute walk to ION/LRT and easy access to bus routes 7, 8, 1, 3, 4, and 20. * Indoor bike storage available. * No on-site parking, but nearby parking options range from $120-$200/month.
