| Condo unit available the week of Aug 11-18, 2024 or any September week at the main beach in Port Elgin, Ontario. Entire unit was recently repainted in light colours and the bathroom has just been renovated. A new Mitsubishi Heat pump with air conditioning recently professionally installed. The unit faces the beautiful sandy beach and adjacent harbour. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the patio in front of the unit or from one of the muskoka chairs at the beach. Live band plays music Sunday evenings 7-8:30 at the blue gazebo (band shell) just across the road. Southampton is close beside Port Elgin, Sauble Beach just 20 minutes away and Owen Sound about 25 minute drive. Tobermory is about an hour north. Gourmet breakfast is available at the Harborlite Restaurant situated at the harbour just across the road. Ice cream shop and fast foods also situated at the beach. Standup paddle boards available for rent at the beach. Enjoy golf, restaurants, cafes and small town shopping a short walk away. Rental is $1175 per week in August and Sep.
