| Located in the Doon South area in proximity to Conestoga College and highway 401 in Kitchener. I am looking for a clean and quiet roommate and I am flexible with the move-in date. I am looking for preferably a female for a short-term rental (or possible longer time depending on the match) but would consider a male also. The beautifully decorated home comes fully furnished with access to the entire home and amenity spaces. $1500 includes wifi, access to a laundry facility, and all utilities. The property is located in close proximity to all bus routes and Conestoga College as well as highway 401. If you are clean, quiet, responsible and need a quiet and serene place to study and or work, please inquire and we can arrange a viewing. Please note this is not a crowded house full of multiple roommates but very private with a private bathroom until the landlord decides if she wants one other roommate. In this case a bathroom would only be shared with one other person in the house.
