Pricing is inclusive of all utilities and unlimited fiber optic high speed wireless internet. Owner of the home lives upstairs and works from home during the week. No children or pets live upstairs. Unit is currently empty so the move in date is flexible. I do have professional painting scheduled for the 23rd of October for the main living area. No parking is available. Unit has its own private entrance on the side of the house. Storage available inside and outside. Tenant has full use of the back yard if they choose. Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Owner does have light allergies that prevent some pets. Features include: -Beautiful gas fireplace -Eye level windows so this does not really feel like a basement -High ceilings -Stand up shower, no bath tub -New dishwasher -Ample kitchen cupboards/storage -Laundry is on the lower level and is shared with the owner -Single clothes closet in bedroom area I am really looking for a good fit in a tenant and am not in a rush to rent this out.
