The living space comes furnished with Queen Size Bed that has spacious drawers underneath, also a large wardrobe. Beautiful large living room style reading area with fireplace and leather couch and plenty of room to ad a desk & chair for a student. Plus a grocery pantry & fridge. Shared large open concept kitchen & living room. Shared Bathroom. “Beautiful Sunroom for relaxation” The house is located on a quiet street court and backs onto a beautiful forest and pond with many Nature Trails perfect for morning walks/runs. I am looking to rent the room for a minimum of 6 months with possibility to extend. All utilities, AC, high speed internet, laundry included in the price of $980 Winter Parking from December - April extra $150 per month. FIRST & LAST required. Easy access to the expressway, 2 minutes walk from a bus stop, and 10 minutes walk from two different shopping complexes (including a Walmart, Sobeys, GoodLife gym).
