| My husband and I live outside of Canada during the winter months, from January to April, to explore different cultures and learn new languages. What we love about our home: -It's located within walking distance to both Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and charming boutiques. - With the location being midtown it is only a 5 minute drive to both universities -The house is bright and sun-filled in every room, including an office with a desk overlooking a large window that faces the spacious, private backyard. Our cozy basement has a large-screen TV and an L-shaped sofa, giving it a movie theater-like feel. -The house is also close to the light rail, which offers direct access to the local universities. -It’s in a beautiful, family-oriented neighborhood, just steps away from one of the top K-8 schools in the region. -Our driveway fits two cars, and snow removal is included in the rental price. -Bi-weekly cleaning is provided, along with high-speed internet and Netflix access. -We offer $250 toward monthly utilities and hydro. We would love to rent our home to a fellow cat lover. Our affectionate cat, Romeo, is more like a dog in personality—he doesn't scratch or bite, and he simply loves cuddles and attention. He’s low maintenance with an automated litter box and feeder. We hope you’ll enjoy his company during your stay. |
