Driveway parking for one vehicle is included. Rent includes Utilities and Hydro, use of non-coin washer and dryer, dishwasher, and unlimited Wi-Fi. The room is private, with a keyed lockable door. Must be a non-smoker and I would prefer a non-drinker. Cannot do any drugs or vape. Use of cannabis is prohibited. Up to ONE cat, and small caged animals are allowed. Application process will require a credit check. References will also be required. Perfect for people who do not want to live in a party environment. There are rules to follow to ensure an environment that is respectful of others. One occupant per room. The room is 11.25 square meters / 121 square ft. Room is not furnished.
