| I'm looking for the right fit to rent to for this unique set up. The 2 bedrooms are located in the basement of my bungalow located in Rockaway garden area.. I live upstairs and work from home 3-4 days a week. I'm a pretty quiet women in my forties. I am sad that my tenant of 4yrs has finished her master's and found a job out of province. The space is Semi furnished livingroom/dining room and one of the bedrooms comes furnished. Separate entrance leads to downstairs basement through backyard gate. Fully operational kitchenette with fridge and stove. Private bedrooms with living room. Bathroom and laundry room are combined into one room so I need access to it 1-2 times a week. We currently have a schedule where I can come down and do laundry Wednesday evening and Saturday and pull items out of my storage area anytime. While there are 2 bedrooms I'm looking ideally for a single non smoking professional person to rent this space open to two ppl max but note there is parking for only 1 vehicle and no street parking available if you have a 2nd vehicle this place would not work for you. Location is 3 minutes away from a bustop off Ekhert st and Dixon. $1400 includes wifi and utilities for one person. If it is two ppl it will be $1550 all inclusive. No pets allowed due to my allergies. Backyard is a shared space and in winter you would be responsible to shovel your side of driveway and path to backdoor. Will only accept Equifax for credit check please have that ready beforehand if serious about renting this space. Along with 2 references and job letter. 1st and last required.
