We are looking for 2 Queen's student (girl or boy) roommates to share a 7 bedroom house starting from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. The house is located at Colborne St and Division St, within easy walking distance to the main campus (6-7minutes). It is also very close to bus stops, grocery shopping and downtown recreation facilities. The current student tenants are all quiet, studious, and focus on their studies. The rooms are furnished, 1 kitchen and 2 washrooms are shared. One room (smaller) is $750 while the other is $800 for per month. Onsite coin laundry is available.
