| We are seeking a female student to share a six-bedroom house located approximately 5 minutes walk from SLC, or a 15-minute bus ride to Queens. It is a non-smoking/non-vaping, non-partying house. There is one furnished room recently available on the main floor. Rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There is a full kitchen upstairs, with dishwasher and a small chest freezer, along with a mini-kitchen and a second small chest freezer in the basement. All common areas are furnished and are for the use of all residents. There are two full bathrooms. A washer and dryer (no charge to use) are located in the basement. There is a large backyard with a small vegetable garden, a fire pit, and a gas barbeque. The house is located beside a large park and there is a great church in the senior’s centre next door. It is located on a major bus route. Our two girls (SLC students in the Vet Tech program) also live in the house. One of our daughters has a medium-sized service dog, so no other animals are allowed. The house and property have been prayed over, blessed, and dedicated to God’s glory and for His purposes. |
