Price includes: internet, heat, air conditioner, electricity, the use of laundry facilities, towels, linens, etc. Shared kitchen and bathrooms in a comfortable, clean, quiet atmosphere. Located a block away from METRO, pharmacies, walking clinics, bank, buses, etc. PARKING is available for a fee. Drugs, smoking, vaping, marijuana (and/or similar) is not permitted.
