| I am a 54 yr old christian women looking to rent a furnished room out in my home. I would prefer a Female but I am open to rent the space to the right candidate/fit . It is a non smoking home . The room I am offering is located in the lower lever of my elevated bungalow making the space very private and separate giving each of us our own privacy. It is a very clean , dry and completely finished basement. The room available includes a private 3 piece bathroom ( shower) a private kitchenette along with a semi private living room. You will basically have your own private living quarters within my home. I am single and I do live alone so for the most part it is a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere.... however my grandchildren do visit weekly bringing along with them some joyful little sounds and filling the atmosphere with their youthful energy.
