| Ground floor large room available in house in the Bay and Bagot area of downtown Kingston. Currently there are 2 retired men living here plus a student. House is quiet and fully furnished. Best suited to a mature student or similar. I own the house, I’m a retired HS teacher. The other gentleman may be moving away, in that case it would be great to have someone stay long term and basically share the expenses. Currently there is a fourth year Queen’s student in the room, he leaves in April. He has actually stayed here on 2 separate occasions. We have also had a Queen’s professor stay here for a semester. We have fast wifi, laundry, a nice deck and bbq. No parking but there are spots close by that can be rented. A good fit is best for all. Bus to Queen’s is yards away, walk is 15 minutes. At this point there are 2 possibilities going forward. The other gentleman who currently lives here may be leaving… in that case I would like to find someone to share the house/expenses ie just 2 of us. If he stays, which I think is unlikely… there would be 3 of us here. Rent would be dependent on which way things end up. Available May 1. |
