| We are renting 1 room for 1 individual (no couples, families, etc) in our 3 bedroom home. There is possibility to rent out the basement , can be discussed ipon viewing. Rent qould be more in that scenario. The rent includes all utilities. The house has a fenced back yard, deck and BBQ. Bus stop close by. Ask away for anything else you would like to know. Currently 3 gay guys, being 1 married couple(39 & 43) and 1 (23). Married couple is easy going and respectful. We have a 1 year old dog and a cat. The other roommate is also easy going and respectful he's a gamer so spends lots of time in his room playing his video games. Ask if you would like to know more. |
